Fees and Studio Policies

Lesson Fees

Lessons are from 30-60 minutes on a weekly basis, depending on age and ability, and there is an additional fee if lessons are required in your home.  Please contact me for prices.

Prices are subject to review on an annual basis.

You can pay by cash or check at the time of a lesson.

If you must cancel a lesson, I ask that you please do so with 24 hours of notice. If you must cancel with less notice, you will be charged for the full lesson. If you are absent, you will still be charged unless you give me 24 hours notice.  This is to give me time to rearrange my timetable and give notice to other students.  If you give me sufficient notice, I will try to make up the lesson at another time.

Studio Policies

Students are required to settle lesson fees at each lesson.

1. Lessons are non-refundable.
2. Students are responsible for bringing books and other lesson materials to each lesson and arriving in a timely manner.
3. Students and parents of younger students are expected to fulfill a weekly practice requirement in order to progress. This varies for each student depending on age and ability. However, consistency is more important than quantity, and it is always possible to find a little time to practice and/or review lesson materials within a busy schedule.
